Arwyn started his career in sales, more years ago than he’d care to mention, and hasn’t stopped selling since, with 8 years as a specialisist in technical recruitment. With his strong sales background and record for consistently exceeding targets and winning sales awards he was headhunted to join Russell Taylor Associates in 2007. He joined the company as senior member of the Welsh team and his focus is on contract temporary recruitment and blue/white collar permanent recruitment. Arwyn is a Welsh speaker and has played guitar for 17 years and loves nothing more than discovering a new band or musical talent. When he isn’t in the office or attached to his mobile phone you are most likely to find him running or mountain biking.
Rob has almost 11 years experience of hands on recruitment and team management, gained with market leading solution providers. He is responsible for managing the sales and recruitment functions within our Bromborough and Manchester Offices, overseeing both permanent and temporary teams within the construction, power generation, oil & gas, M & E and FM sectors. Rob is rugby mad and still appears on a regular basis for his local club’s 1st XV, where he is continuing to add to his already impressive list of injuries!
Following 23 years in fmcg and hi-tech manufacturing, with senior roles in operations, HR and general management with Cadbury-Schweppes, Premier Brands, RHM and the Netlon Group, has been an independent business mentor and leadership coach for 11 years. Peter has long developed a sincere passion for food & wine, but more so is obsessive about leadership and dedicated to growing people and teams. Leads on talent management, career transition and runs the interim management capability.
Has worked in front line Customer Service for 18 years, specifically in Admin / candidate support, which is where she loves to be. Involved in the HR / Recruitment industry for over 6 years and prides herself on being a 110% people person. Supported by a very strong & dedicated admin team that assists the sales teams to do what they do best. Will naturally build very strong bonds, with both clients and candidates, and marshal communications at the highest level.
Steve has worked in the construction industry for 9 years and is a Graduate in Building Production Technology. Previously, he was a Planner/Programming Manager for a civil engineering contractor before transferring his skills to the recruitment sector in 2010. Steve manages the rapidly expanding Construction Trades Division at Russell Taylor, as well as doubling as the company Health & Safety Representative. His ‘no nonsense’ approach and industry experience ensures that the team provides the highest standard of labour and trades people to their clients, ranging from small, regional subcontractors through to large, national main contractors. Outside of work, Steve has a passion for Everton FC, Boxing and good food.
Stuart heads up our ‘Site Projects’ Division, one of Russell Taylor’s most established teams. Having joined the company as a Trainee Consultant, he is a real success story. Stuart leads from the front, overseeing some of our key accounts within the mechanical and electrical services sector, placing a real emphasis on service levels and delivery. Other disciplines that Stuart’s team specialises in include steelwork & fabrication, rope access, painting & blasting to name but a few. Away from the office, he is an avid fisherman and can often be found up to his waist in water, cursing the one that got away!
