Russell Taylor Associates are able to offer a client payroll service for subcontract workers that have been sourced by the client and referred to us for payment.

The referred workers would be registered onto our system ensuring all document is received to comply with current egislation, such as photo ID, and we are also able to offer advice regarding employment law, payment options and contractual matters. Our fast, efficient and reliable payroll process guarantees that the temporary workers are paid weekly upon receipt of a signed timesheet and we ensure a direct contact within our payroll team is always available to answer any queries.

For our clients we assign a dedicated Account Manager who will manage the entire process, complete the candidate registration process and can also offer advice on contractual matters and legal compliance. We are happy to attend site to liaise with your contractors and to carry out contractor reviews throughout the duration of the project.
