In 2025, Lisa joined the Board of Directors at Russell Taylor having worked within the group since 2017 at the helm of their sister company NMS Recruit.
Bringing over 30 years industry experience, Lisa’s strengths lie in building long-term client and candidate relationships, alongside developing and mentoring high-performing teams. For Lisa, recruitment is more than just a profession—it’s a passion, and she is dedicated to delivering a high-quality, honest and results-driven service.
Lisa also sits on the Board of Directors at the West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce. In this role, she is focused on contributing her experience to support and add value to businesses across the region, helping to drive growth and success.
