Salary: £22,000- £23,000 (Reviewed after probation review)
Shifts: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
I am looking to speak with experienced Administrators to work for a growing M&E company based in Slough, this role will report directly to the Health and Safety Director and be a part of the Modernisation and Projects Department.
If successful you may be required to assist with over departments during times of Annual leave and Sickness cover.
The ideal candidate will have experience with setting up project folders, admin and filing and updating and maintaining excel spreadsheets. Experience with the below would also be beneficial:
- Preparation of work for tenders
- Diary Management
- Preparation of Operations and Maintenance manuals
- Arranging Meetings
- Setting up quotations on bespoke database (Training provided)
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Office
- Proficient at Typing
- Presentation Skills
- Strong Record Keeping
