Russell Taylor is actively recruiting for an Administrator to work for a company that specializes in calibration and test services based in Derby. This opportunity is a 12-month fixed term contract role. The ideal candidate would be able to complete the administration of asset management systems.
* Providing administration support for customer assets.
* Complete administration of asset management systems.
* Update customer asset management system.
* Manage the items sent off site for calibration.
* Managing sub-contractors.
* Raise quotations for ADHOC calibration, repair and supply of new tooling.
* Produce delivery notes.
* Resolve customer enquiries.
* Raise POs.
* Build strong relationships with customers.
* Assist with stores booking in/out equipment.
* Must be self-motivated.
* Ability to work within a team.
* Experience of working in a busy environment with minimal supervision.
* Attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a technical environment is desirable.
