If the answer is yes, this could well be your new role. Our client is offering highly flexible working hours, that you can determine yourself, even working around school or care hours. We are looking to get you started immediately if this sounds like the role and hours you are looking for.

This role is to support the business to ensure that delivery of samples are sent in a timely manner to both internal and external customers. You will work closely with Production and the Sales Team.


KEY DUTIES INCLUDES

* Management of sample department - set out, tidiness, cleaning, labelling of each area.
* Preparation and dispatch of samples to customers (weighing, labelling, packing)
* Replenishment of stock to minimum levels as required (external producers)
* Liaise with production to replenish manufactured stock in line with production plan
* Liaise with QA regarding submission of specifications and MSDS to customers
* Preparation of samples display boxes and samples for sales team, agents and distributors
* Preparation of samples for exhibitions and seminars
* Arranging with couriers various collections
* Monthly reporting on cost of samples, number of samples, trends and any issues or concerns regarding samples.
* Follow up sample submissions with sales team for feedback on evaluation

SKILLS REQUIRED

* No previous experience required (Full training will be given)
* Be able to work unsupervised but within an agreed work schedule
* Able to communicate with all levels of Management
* Be able to use Microsoft office
