Job Description

  • Assessing painting projects, assessing the cost vs labour resources, materials and time for completion, liasing with management to make sure contract quality, and commercially productive.
  • Developing relationships with new and existing customers, making sure that all customers receive an excellent service
  • Producing risk assessments and method statements for contracts, ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to throughout projects, and site supervisors are well versed in engaging with operatives of H&S matters.
  • Managing the contracts from start to finish, ensuring that productivity targets and agreed quality and safety standards are met
  • Helping managing project costs within budget to deliver planned financial result on completion
  • Managing site-based operatives and material ordereing.

  • Initiative and ability to solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and the team
  • Experience of managing site-based operatives
  • Experience of running painting contracts/teams from start to finish
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Full driving licence
