My client are a residential property developer, and due to an increase in developments they are looking to increase their management team with a strong Assistant Site Manager who is looking to take their first steps toward managing their own sites.
With a current development pipeline in excess of £100m and further developments planned an opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Assistant Site Manager to join the growing Construction team.
You will be based on one of their upcoming sites which are in Ellesmere port, Winsford and Sandbach.
The candidate they are looking for will have proven experience working for large house builders. You will have worked on new build affordable housing projects from inception through to completion and hand over and be nearing the point of managing your own jobs.
As an experienced assistant site manger you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans to programme and meeting deadlines as required.
Health and safety is paramount on site and you will be assisting with tool box talks and site inductions. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict health and safety guidelines on site.
The successful candidate will have helped to deliver multiple units successfully accordance with NHBC Standards. You will have the highest quality standards and experience in delivering new build housing projects.
