- Previous Tender experience Bid Coordination experience
- Knowledge of databases such as CRM or Oracle, SAP
- Build strong working relationships with Sales and Marketing
- Good attention to detail
- Previous Technical Documentation experience
Qualifications and experience -
- Good communication skills written and oral
- Excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative approach, able to coordinate cross functional team work
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- The ability to prepare and organise ITT's
- Able to work closely with Bid Managers and Sales Managers
- Confident in Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
- Update and housekeeping of CRM systems
