This is a perfect opportunity for a TREND or Tridium BMS Service Engineer or BMS Maintenance Engineer who wants to work for a company that is big enough to matter but small enough to care.
Any BMS system can be considered.
Within this role you would be using your BMS Service Engineer or BMS Maintenance Engineer experience to provide outstanding customer service by keeping people comfortable and buildings eco-friendly.
You would be working for a small company that are part of a larger group. They pride themselves on being people focused and treating everyone as an important contributor to the team. *Go out to site and service, repair and maintain BMS Systems
*Complete small installation projects and control panel modifications
*Provide customers with expert advice on how to optimise their current system or make improvements to it
*Edit and change graphics and software
*To have regular communication with the Service Coordinators to ensure all aspects of works are dealt with in a timely manner and no element gets overlooked. To engage in each afternoon's Daily Catch Up process, whereby you discuss your day's work with your own Coordinator, along with ensuring you are fully briefed on the next day's requirements.
*To attend Call Outs and Breakdowns
*Complete daily work reports
To be considered for this role you must be either an experienced BMS Engineer. You will be a top notch Service or Maintenance Engineer with a passion for customer service and a desire to get the best out BMS systems.
You will want to develop your skills more and join a company who you can progress with.
This is a field service role so you will like getting out and about and you will enjoy meeting new people.

You get a choice of company vehicle, a good pension scheme, bonus and tools and a uniform. There are opportunities to top your income up with overtime and the on call bonus is very generous.
