Russell Taylor is currently recruiting a CNC Machinist to join an Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing company based in Malton, North Yorkshire.
Your role will involve Production of machined parts by planning, programming, setting up and operating both manual and CNC machines.
Two shift patterns alternating each week:
Monday to Friday 06:00am until 14:00pm (salary + shift allowance at 1.25x salary)
Monday to Thursday 13:30pm until 22:15pm and Friday 13:30pm until 18:00pm. (salary + shift allowance at 1.333 x salary)

What will you be doing?
You will be planning machining operations by reading works orders, engineering drawings, specifications and other work instructions.
Resolving issues or queries with drawings or other work instructions.
Programming CNC lathes and milling machines.
Ensuring accurate routing data and other issues are recorded.
Organising and maintaining both tools and the working environment to achieve efficient operations.
Working with the Shift Team Leader to continually push machine operations for the best productivity.
