X3 Completion Coordinator
What will you be doing?
- You will be providing proactive completion process support to the operational teams,
- Review gaps and missing key documents,
- Lead daily/weekly completion meetings with the operational leads,
- Provide management information and data,
- Liaise with the Contract and Core Team to assist with ensuring that all procedural documents are submitted on time.
What you'll need:
- Knowledge of using Electronic Document Management systems,
- Knowledge of Information Exchange (Capture) user,
- Knowledge of Business Collaborator 6.3 administrator,
- Knowledge of Documentum 2,
- Good Microsoft Office skills,
- Driving license.
