Contract Manager - internals Fit out

My client is a regional internal fit out contractor that work across the North West regions. Due to their continued growth they are looking a Contract manager's to join their team.
The fit out Contract managers will be overseeing multiple commercial internal fit out's for a variety of clients. The successful Contract Manager will have experience of programming fast track fit out for commercial, residential and education sectors. The projects will be multiple refurbishments. You will have experience of tight time scales and managing sub-contracting Plastering, render, external and SFS works. Those with commercial office or experience would be of particular interest.
There will be a mixture of fit out and refurbishments ensuring all projects are closed off and handed over to client on time and to a high finished standard. You will ideally have managed multiple projects before and will be co ordinating them over the North West.
You will coordinate the works ensuring all jobs can run coherently. These projects have a multiple trades involved and need excellent Contract management and coordination to ensure the finish to time and seclude.
My client is looking to work the vacancy on a temporary to permanent basis. This could suit a project manager looking to make the step into contract management for a strong steady growth in career path.
