Due to a continued period of Growth my Lancashire based client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fit Out Contracts Manager to join the team.
The contractor works across a variety of sectors and with Blue chip clients, they are also able to offer bespoke joinery manufacturing for fit out projects.
The fit out Contract manager will be overseeing multiple commercial internal Office fit out's for a particular client. The successful Contract Manager will have experience of programming high end fit out projects for offices and commercial sectors
You will have experience of tight time scales and managing sub-contracting Plastering, render, external and SFS works. Those with commercial office experience would be of particular interest.
You will be tasked with ensuring all projects are closed off and handed over to the client on time and to a high standard. You will ideally have managed multiple projects before and will be coordinating them across the North west and very occasionally further afield.
The client also own a joinery manufacturing unit so are able to design and manufacture bespoke furniture for clients, so ideally the contracts manager will have come from a Joinery background so that you are familiar with the process.
