Customer Complaint Handler
Leicester - LE2 8TG
Flexible to shift work as shifts can vary - 40 hours per week.
Temp role until the end of May
Day to day - handling customer queries over works being carried out or works to be carried out, as well as handling complaints when required.
Call centre experience is not essential but desirable however, the candidate should have a strong customer service background with telephone experience.
Shifts - 40 hours per week, with day off in lieu if working a Saturday
8am-4pm / 10am-6pm / 12pm-8pm Mon - Fri
9am-5pm Saturday
