Job Description

I am looking to speak with experienced Customer Service Managers to work for a growing M&E company based in Slough, this role will report directly to the Operations Director, the ideal candidate will have a strong background with Facilities Management or Maintenance Engineering companies.

The Company

This company provide M&E engineering services for clients with predominantly commercial sites nationally, they have been trading for the last 24 years and are now in a position to grow the company and take it to the next level, this is an extremely exciting time to join the business as a Customer Service Manager and have a real impact on how the department performs and grows going forward.

The main areas of the role will be the management of:
* Helpdesk
* Compliance
* Regional Invoicing
* HR function
* Monthly Reporting and Meeting Management

As the Customer Service Manager for a reputable, Growing M&E company you will manage the above areas, each of the above areas has a supervisor or Manager which you will look after and set out with the operations director KPI's and Monthly Progress meetings.

Personal Specifications:

* Helpdesk Experience
* Experienced understanding of a CAFM system, preferably Elogbooks
* 2 years plus experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a similar environment
