My client is a well-established residential developer, specialising in building outstanding retirement homes across the UK. An excellent opportunity has come available for an experienced Regional Development Director to join their team based in the Manchester area.
The ideal Director will be responsible for the successful delivery of all regional sites in the development phase, from acquisition of the land through to Build Start. This role will manage a team of Development Managers to ensure that they deliver all Build Starts to a greed time, budget and quality of design. It will involve liaison with, and co- ordination of cross- departmental activities, to ensure successful development management. The successful Development Director will ideally be technically qualified with strong people leadership, management and development skills are essential. A good working knowledge of REVIT, Project Collaboration software, AutoCad.
The role will be varied, and deadline driven, so excellent prioritisation and organisational skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record within residential/ extra care industry, and it is essential that you are a confident communicator, proficient with Microsoft packages, with ideally experience in a similar role/environment.
