Based - North West, England

Salary - circa £55k Basic (OTE £70k) plus Car, Pension etc.

Job Description

Our client develops products for leading food, beverage, body care, cosmetics and household care companies throughout the world; they are a global company with nearly 2000 employees worldwide. Due to significant growth throughout the Middle East, Far East and Asia they are now seeking an Export Sales Manager to manage these Regions

The Role:

  • Promote and sell the company flavours, botanical extracts and fragrances to customers throughout the Territory
  • Meet and call potential customers, make sales presentations and expand business relationships with existing customers, distributors and agents
  • Liaise daily to their branch office in the North West
  • Support the head office to create new products and applications referring the customer needs by having direct contact to the R&D and Marketing Department
  • Managing distribution and direct sales business
  • Work out and implement sales strategies for key accounts
  • Help organize participation of the company in trade fairs throughout the Territory

The Candidate:

  • Have relevant experiences in setting up and managing distribution and direct sales/marketing business
  • Have excellent communication, project management and leadership skill respecting the company's values
  • Motivated to work according to the company's framework, maintaining close rapport with the head office
  • Prove to be strong in analytic thinking as well as be precise, loyal and willing to sustain the financial growth of the company
  • Be absolutely flexible to travel throughout the Territory
  • Have relevant sales and/or purchasing experience
  • Be a team player capable of independent action
  • Be a self-starter, well organized, target-driven with a confident & professional working attitude and personal commitment
