Reporting to the Finance Manager, as a Finance Administrator you’ll assist in the smooth running of the finance department. Your focus will be to provide administrative support, ensuring processes and procedures are followed to meet audit requirements.
Responsibilities include -
* Invoices and cross referencing with purchase orders
* Carrying out monthly internal audits
* Monitoring accounts
* Processing expenses forms
To be considered for this role you must have the below experience -
Experience in finance/accounts admin following company policys and procedures, professional approach to all work aspects, good verbal and written communication skills with good self motivation.
Qualifications in AAT level 2 and Awareness of auditing/SOX compliance, desired but not essential.
Hours - 37 hours per week.
