Experienced chef required to be part of a small but enthusiastic team.
The successful candidate will be able to:-
Lead a growing, hardworking team,
Oversee stock and prepare kitchen orders,
Meet food cost targets,
Develop menu strategies for continued growth,
Foster sound relations with fellow kitchen and front of house staff,
Ensure that all Health & Safety and food hygiene legislation is adhered to.
Ability to communicate effectively with fellow staff and suppliers,
Excellent organisational skills,
Knowledge of relevant current legislation,
Ability to work under pressure at busy times.
Construct and adapt staff rotas
2 full days off per week.
