HR Administrator

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compile and issue all hourly paid employment offers and recruitment welcome packs
  • Co-Ordinate all training courses, and update the company training budget sheet within HR Log
  • Process salaried staff holiday and other absence forms onto Mpower and advise of any unauthorised absences or unpaid leave
  • Ensure all staff and hourly paid personnel files are updated both electronically and in hard copy with any certificates or written documentation
  • Ensure an accurate and up to date filing system is maintained/developed including renewal of all existing files
  • Provide support and cover as required to HR Department

  • I.T Skills (Word, Excel, etc.) are essential

  • Limited HR knowledge and ability to pick up new tasks
  • Certificate in Human Resource Practice or working towards would be desirable but not essential.

Salary: £17k and £18k depending on how much HR experience you have and whether you are studying CIPD
