Permanent & Temp-Perm

£10.45 p/h + earning potential of up to £200 p/wk bonuses for meeting production targets

Weekly Pay

Mon-Thurs 08:00-17:00 & Fri 08:00-14:00

We are thrilled to be recruiting EXCLUSIVELY for our market leading client, manufacturing specialist in sports PPE. We are looking for 8 PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS, with excellent attention to detail and dexterity levels to join our clients Production and Assembly Team.

To be successful in your new role as our Production Technician, You will need to be organised with the ability to stick to deadlines. You must also be able to follow instructions and have the initiative to work as an individual whilst maintaining a teamwork ethic.

Your New Role Will Involve:

* Operating machines and equipment associated with the assembly production process.
* Carry out production techniques and tasks associated with the assembly production process.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times and observe good housekeeping practices.
* Carry out visual inspection checks to ensure your work is ok good quality.
* Assist with the various teams to ensure production needs are being met.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively so that production throughput is maximised.
* Carry out other duties as requested by the Team Leader or Production Manager.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times and observe good housekeeping practices.
* Communicate well and great attention to detail.

You will be part of a production team and be required to assemble our handmade PPE products. Our clients manufacturing is all hand-made products, therefore we are looking for a creative and accurate person who will be passionate about what they do and to adhere to our strict quality standards and procedure.

Ideally, you will pride yourself on a good eye for detail and thrive on perfection. You will be required to be working with a wide range of materials, small components, glues, and resins. Because of the changing nature of their business, your job description will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
