M&E Manager

My client is a leading national interior fit out specialist's contractor. That's due to continued contract wins and expansion are looking for an M&E Manager to join their team. They operate within high end interior commercial office fit out sector.

You will be am experienced mechanical and electrical Manager working alongside the site team. Ensuring that all onsite delivery managers relating to M&E are running accordingly. You will be technically experienced in both M&E. With confidence and proven experience in building services site delivery.

Responsible for design, installation and implantation as well as final commissioning.

As an M&E Manager you will have experience working within commercial fit out sectors. You will be delivering projects from 6-7million. All schemes have very tight time schedules and turn around so for this fit out experience is essential for the role.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Supporting the project team with onsite technical support throughout all aspects of the technical delivery. Acting as the point of contact between all trades to take a lead role and management of the technical delivery of all services on site.
  2. Working closely with the Technical Services Manager to understand the full technical design concept is understood in the pre contractual stage so the delivery of the services are installed correctly whilst maintaining technical excellence throughout the project.
  3. The individual will take full ownership to ensure that any base build defects or areas captured as part of the validation process are completed to ensure the buildings are in a commissionable state prior to the final commissioning process.
  4. Conduct technical surveys to check and monitor the condition and the quality of the installations whilst mitigating and identifying risks.
