Marketing Coordinator for Spirits & Mixers (FMCG)

£25,000 - £35,000 DOE

Monday to Friday


A hugely exciting, and brand NEW, position has become available within the our rapidly growing FMCG client for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team, working closey with the Sales Director, to drive national/ international awareness of their brand across multiple sales and social media channels. They are looking for an experienced marketing professional, someone that's looking to make a difference, step forward with ideas and who can think on their feet and outside of the box.

In your new role as our Marketing Coordinator you will:

* Communicate with our target audiences across wholesale, on and off trade accounts in the UK.
* Work with the management team to develop marketing plans, on/ offline advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
* Source advertising opportunities and place adverts/ advertorials in the press publications to reach our target audience. Connecting with and developing your contacts within the licenced trade to drive press releases.
* Work closely with in-house or external creative partners to design marketing materials such as NPD, Labelling, brochures and adverts. If you have photoshop or photographic experience even better!
* Write and proofread all marketing copy across our brand portfolio.
* Produce creative content, including videos, product photos, blog posts and social content for the Group brands.
* Manage social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok and Pinterest) in order to drive up engagement.
* Liaise with relevant partners to organise photo shoots.
* Send out mail merged channel specific emails to our customer base (B2B/B2C).
* Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires, phone calls or working with the sales team to gather market or other data.

Through your experience you will be able to demonstrate:

* The ability to develop and implement a marketing strategy across multiple brands.
* Review of marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to ensure ROI/ KPIs are being achieved and campaigns are cost effective.
* Weekly or monthly reports for the senior management team
* Competitor activity and the impact/ next steps required to raise Group awareness.
* How you have managed events, editorial requests, presentations, press relationships and promotional materials.
* Experience of photography/ design and relevant marketing software platforms
* Experience of working within the food and drinks sector preferred.
* Must be a self-starter and happy to work within a wider team or independently.
