Our client is a successful manufacturer of pharmaceutical products and medical devices. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them and help to maximise the value of their business.
You will have the responsibility for delivering marketing activities to achieve business objectives.

Strategic-thinker with the discipline to execute and deliver results and happy to undertake hands on implementation.
Excellent communicator capable of building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.
A scientific background and knowledge of the Nicotine Containing Products market.
Degree educated with experience in Marketing Management.
The ability to interpret technical information and communicate it with a commercial mindset.
Excellent copywriting ability.
Proven track record of executing marketing strategies that create value.
A professional and trustworthy individual with drive and passion to meet tight deadlines.
Results driven, customer focussed and hard working.
You will be comfortable spending time travelling.
Driver's licence is required.
Strong communicator with confident verbal reasoning skills
Key Tasks and Accountabilities
Create and own the Service Vision.
Create commercial value in the services.
Responsible for taking strategic decisions for the success of the services.
Drive the creation of the Service Strategy and implement effective tools for communication and delivery.
Create financial forecasts and ROI assessments for presentation to the Senior Management Team (SMT) to influence good decision-making.
Communicate effectively with the SMT and key stakeholders the Service Vision and Business Case for investment opportunities.
Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the Services and report on performance against business goals.
Formulate and deliver the digital marketing strategy.
Design and deliver Promotional plans designed to facilitate achievement of Business goals.
In such a disruptive market, ensuring that the correct messages are communicated to the market at the optimum time will be critical.
Utilise digital marketing tools to create brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage the company website and generate Marketing content aligned with the overall strategy.
Ensure that Service pricing is correctly positioned in the market.
Manage event planning and organisation.
Conduct Market Research activities and effectively communicate market information.
Identify user personas and describe how users interact with the Service to deliver value.
Identify innovation opportunities across Services.
Create and manage the Product Life Cycle and Marketing Strategy.
Work with our Design agency to generate Marketing materials.
Perform other duties as and when required and always act in the best interest of the company.
