My client are a national fit out contractor that specialise in high end refurbishment projects. Due to an increase in workload they are in the market for a Project Manager to join their team. The project is a large commercial refurbishment for a leading blue chip client in the Midlands area. The project manager they are looking for will be based in the North West/ close to the Warrington head office and be willing to travel/ stay away from home where required. You will also have previous experience delivering projects from inception through to completion.
The successful Project manager will have office refurb experience and should have a mixed construction / fitout background i.e. should have run similar large fitout. They should also be commercially aware and understand the commercial impact of site actions.
You will be the No.1 on site driving operations and will have strong communication skills and be pleasant with excellent client-facing skills. It's vital the Project Manager has a robust management style to ensure progress on site is managed effectively and onsite resources (Operatives and Sub-Contractors) are meeting quality/compliance standards and project targets.
