Purchasing Administrator (Manufacturing)

We are looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator as part of our clients huge growth plans across all their entire business. This role will be part of our wider creative team. Working in the group wide purchasing function, you will maintain and build relationships across all divisions of the group, with colleagues and suppliers to meet the needs of the Company. The Administrator's role is vital in its contribution to ensuring the continued growth and commercial success of the business
This role offers a range of projects within a variety of different industry sectors and will give the right applicant the ability to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced, commercial working environment.
Working as part of the purchasing team, your main duties will include:
* Liaising with our suppliers and managing all outstanding entries including orders, returns and other aspects associated with product supply and order
* Maintaining the purchase and sales order daybooks
* Provide up to date information for our customer service and field sales teams
* Collate data for management reporting and working closely with each buying area within each division in the business
Working hours: Monday - Friday from 9am - 5:30pm
