Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Chatham
Salary: £60-£75k plus package
Overview:
My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They are main contractor working across all sectors. There projects range from £1m to £10m upwards and typically work across London and home counties. There office is based in Beckenham.
The Role:
- Senior Quantity Surveyor reporting to a commercial Manager
- Predominantly working on a site based in Chatham
- Working on £40m new build residential
- Paying £60k-£75k plus package
The Candidate:
- Must have at least 5 years' experience working within new build sector
- Must be able to demonstrate strong career longevity.
- Must be degree qualified in a construction orientated subject.
- Must be driven and energetic.
- Strong communicator.
