Job Description

Based in Cumbria, you will be part of a large project controls team with oversight of the Pre Contract activities of a multi £m part of a larger £billion pound programme of works.

You will have proven experience of guiding all pre-contract work from project scope through invitation to tender, bid review and eventual award of work.

You will be an expert in varying forms of contract and you will be able to work with bespoke contracts, ensuring that all risks are minimised.

Due to the nature of the work it is essential that the successful candidates has experience of working on a large scale engineering / fabrication / mechanical project.

Due to the nature of the project, successful applicants will have to obtain SC level security clearance therefore we can regrettably only consider applications from individuals who hold a full UK passport (not a dual passport) and who have lived in the UK for at least the past five years.
