Job Description
We require someone with experience in the FM industry who is capable of:
- Managing maintenance clients in the FM department
- Supervising staff and arranging work schedules
- New business development
- Visiting and developing exiisitng client relationships
- Pricing new work and maintenance contracts
- Co-ordinating invoicing to clients
- Development and Implementation of H&S, Quality and training requirements
- Providing technical knowledge and assistance
This is a company who have been operating for 25 years in the Engineering sector and have key contracts and solid client relationships as well as an ambition to grow and develop further avenues in both their chosen sector and beyond.
