REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - META REGION
Regional Sales Manager to join a global construction business looking after the META region (Middle East, Turkey, Africa). Fantastic opportunity to be instrumental in the continued growth of the region with the prospect to grow a team.
Meeting with the owners, architects, and contractors who manage large development projects across the region and in London and Paris. You will be acting as a management consultant, building out the business models of the client, project, partner involved in order to assess the needs and hold consultative discussions with relevant parties.
The role involves a high level of travel, with monthly meetings in Paris, working from a head office in London (or working from home - there is flexibility for this) and travelling to the META region frequently.
You will have full responsibility for the P+L, R+D, and business growth target, as well as keeping the pipeline of business full.
A highly impressive role with full autonomy to "look after" the area and grow the sales there. This is great for a seasoned sales professional who is looking to for career opportunities to establish and grow a sales team in the future.
The company has some of its biggest projects in this region, so it is essential that you have prior experience of working within the Middle East, Turkey and Africa, however your home base is UK (or possibly Paris).
Experience looking for;
* GFRC (Glass fiber reinforced concrete) technology
* Pre-caster experience
* Ideally Architecture/STEM/Architectural Façade
* MBA is a nice to have
* Seasoned negotiator and strategist who understands and appreciates different cultures
* Grit, determination, ambition
* Strong business acumen
* Commercial background
