Service Coordinator position working for a HVAC Service company.
The role will be to manage the diaries of a large team of Engineers covering sites throughout the UK. You will need to have a technical understanding of the Engineering works that take place so you can schedule the correct Engineer. Good customer skills are essential as you will be dealing with the customer to take all the information with regards to the work when making the bookings.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked in a similar position previously for either a Facilities Management, HVAC or BMS company.
