Site Administrator / Co-Ordinator
12 Month Fixed Term Contract, PAYE basis
My client is a large developer-contractor, who are looking for a Site Co-Ordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract, for the design and construction of a new purpose build student accommodation development in Nottingham City Centre. This development will have a basement car park, providing public car parking spaces and a ground floor commercial unit, alongside landscaping, public realm, and associated works. The development will provide 269 bedrooms arranged in flat clusters, with a kitchen/dining/living area, and 85 self-contained studio apartments, with 48 basement public car parking spaces, and 108 square metres of retail space.
The Site Administrator / Co-Ordinator will assist with administration tasks on site, co-ordinate people coming in and out of site, alongside typical secretarial duties. You will be keeping information records, logging who is coming in and out of the site, ordering office supplies, scheduling visits and meetings.
Typical working hours for this role will be 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am - 3:00pm Friday.
The successful applicant will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, as these will be used daily, and IT literacy is essential. The successful applicant will have excellent organisation skills, and multi-tasking abilities, alongside an excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude. Experience working within the Construction sector is ideal for this role, but is not required.
