I'm currently recruiting an experienced site manager. The Site Manager my client are looking for must have proven experience delivering high spec housing projects from inception through to completion and hand over. The successful site manager will have ideally delivered multiple units successfully accordance with NHBC Standards and must have the highest quality standards and experience in delivering new build housing projects for large housing contractors.
My client are a well-established house builder with one of the best reputations in the industry for their excellence and quality. Due to an increase in developments a cross the area they are looking to increase their management team with an experienced Site Manager.
As an experienced site manager, you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans to programme and meeting deadlines as required. The principle purpose of the role is to have overall responsibility for all on site construction activities on a site in the Stoke on Trent area, reporting on a regular and routine basis to the Contracts Manager. Health and safety is paramount on site and it will be the site manager who will be taking tool box talks and site inductions. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict health and safety guidelines on site.
The successful Site manager will have ideally delivered multiple units successfully accordance with NHBC Standards. It would be advantageous if you have won any NHBC or LABC pride in the job awards.
