My client is a new property development contractor based in the North-West. They are at an exciting and progressive time so are looking to increase their site management teams.
They deliver both premium and affordable housing throughout the North-West of England. Working across a variety of projects with residential refurbishment sectors. Converting commercial buildings to residential and new build developments.
As an experienced site manager, you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible to organise labour and ensure all sub-contractors are following plans to programme and meeting deadlines as required.
Health and safety is paramount on site and it will be the site manager who will be taking tool box talks and site inductions. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict health and safety guidelines on site.
The successful site manager will have delivered residential conversions. You will have the highest quality standards and experience in finishing elements of projects through to client handover.
