My client is a regional building Contractor that due to an increase in contract developments in the North West are looking to increase their management teams with a Site Manager. The Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience working on New Build projects residential or mix use build projects. Delivering said projects from inception through to completion and hand over.
As an experienced Site Manager you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans as to the programme and meeting deadlines as required. My client cover a mixture of general contracting from housing, extra care, retail and education up to around 5million.
The successful Site Manager will have delivered multiple units successfully in accordance with the highest quality standards and experience in delivering New Build residential or general building projects.
Health and Safety is paramount on site and it will be the Site Manager who will be taking tool box talks and site inductions. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict Health and Safety guidelines on site.
There management teams need to be computer literate and able to monitor and report accordingly on site progress.
