My Client is a well-established building contractor with a number of new projects due to start in the North Wales area. They pride themselves on building long term relationships with their clients, and it is this repeat business which has led them to have the need for an additional Site Manager. The particular project that the successful candidate will be managing is a refurbishment and extension to a school in the Wrexham area.
To be successful in your application you will have a stable work history and be fully experienced in running jobs up to £2m from inception through to completion.
You will ideally have experience as a Site Manager Manager working on Education and housing projects.
You must hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid Certificate.
You will be responsible for coordinating the project, ensuring that the project is running to programme in according to both time scales and budget.
The successful candidate will have Site/Project Managed for a medium sized principle contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a very well placed and respected contractor.
