My Client is a Developer/ Contractor based in Liverpool who now have a requirement for an experienced site manager to join the team.
They have multiple developments underway including New Build Apartments, new build housing and the conversion of a listed building. They are looking for a Site Manager to join the team to work specifically on a new build Timber frame project in Birkenhead. The project will run for approx. 10 Months and they will consider strong candidates on either a freelance or permanent basis with demonstrable experience building timber frame apartments.
The client may have a further requirement for a second Site Manager in Liverpool city centre as they have two upcoming projects: The main project is completing a refurbishment of a historic building which consists of 35 apartments in the main building which are at various stages of completion but aprox (60% finished) and 1 commercial unit yet to start later this month.
You will be responsible for coordinating the project, ensuring that the project is running to programme in according to both time scales and budget.
The successful candidate will have Site/Project Managed on new build and refurbishments or apartments and historic building. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor who can offer excellent routes to progression and local work.
In order to be successful you must hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid Certificate.
