Site Manager - Spec Housing

My client are a 5 star family owned house builder with one of the best reputations in the industry for excellence and Quality. Due to an increase in developments in the Cheshire area they are looking to increase their management team an experienced Site Manager. The Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience delivering high spec housing projects from inception through to completion and hand over.
As an experienced site manager you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans to programme and meeting deadlines as required. The principle purpose of the role is to have overall responsibility for all on site construction activities on our site across the North West, reporting on a regular and routine basis to the Contracts Manager. Health and safety is paramount on site and it will be the site manager who will be taking tool box talks and site inductions. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict health and safety guidelines on site.
The successful site manager will have ideally delivered multiple units successfully accordance with NHBC Standards. It would be advantageous if you have won any NHBC or LABC pride in the job awards.

The successful Site Manager must have the highest quality standards and experience in delivering new build housing projects for large housing contractors.
