Site Manager - Housing
£53,000 + Company car/allowance + company package
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf a client who specialise in new build homes. The Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience delivering high spec housing projects from inception through to completion and hand over.
The site is a brand new development of 80 Units of 4, 5 bedroom homes. As an experienced site manager you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for the organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans to programme and meeting deadlines as required.
Each home is built to the highest specification and designed with modern living in mind so ideally a site manager who has the highest quality standards and experience in delivering new build housing projects for large housing contractors.
Health and safety is paramount on site and it will be the site manager who will be taking tool box talks and site inductions. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict health and safety guidelines on site.
The successful site manager will have delivered multiple units successfully accordance with NHBC Standards. It would be advantageous if you have won any NHBC or LABC pride in the job awards.
