Job Description

In your new role as a Stock controller you will be working with your team to help manage the stock control processes required to effectively control stock throughout the site, assisting the Stock control Manager in the day to day running and helping to making ensuring stock level are achieved to meet orders.

In your new role you will be:
* Assist stock team to complete the required day to day operations
* Audit the daily stock levels-rotations and date issues
* Process all GRN's
* Process Re-works for the production hall
* Arrange stock transfers to and from outside warehouses
* Ensure stock levels are maintained to a desired level
* Reconcile stock between SAP and external locations
* Complete all cycle counts
* Process and arrange all stock for destruction
* Liaise with customer services regarding stock shortages
* Liaise with planning department regarding all incoming finished stock
* Stock counts for all external locations for our 6 monthly stock take
* Ensure daily measurement and accuracy of physical versus book stock
* Monitor and report Wastage
* Adhere to Period End and Financial Requirements

Skills you require to be successful in your new role:
* Previous experience of working in a fast paced FMCG supply chain environment.
* Computer literate individual with ability to work with SAP and Microsoft Office
* It Literate - Excel - Word - Powerpoint - Microsoft Office - Warehouse Management Systems
* Analytical - Investigative
* Numerate
* Good Communicator
* Highly Organised

Working Hours:
Working shift pattern Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00/ 14:00 -22:00

* Salary of £20159 + a £3858 shift allowance amounting to £24,017
