Supply Chain Coordinator (Chemical Manufacturing)

Are you an ambitious and highly organised Supply Chain Coordinator with experience of SAP? Do you enjoy working very closely with the Purchasing and Stores teams? Are you looking for a fixed term contract that can offer you the chance to work for a hugely successful business, who truly value their staff? If the answer is YES, this could be your new role!!

Russell Taylor are Proud to offer this amazing opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator, in your role you will be key part of the team, it will be your role to Monitor Stock levels, input data in SAP and take action to keep within target.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Inventory Management, Managing daily stock Levels and taking the action to meet targets.
  • Weekly and Daily Auto Inventory Checks
  • Attend weekly and monthly Stock meetings
  • PO Creation, consumption tracking and Supplier Call-offs and provide reports to Supply Chain Lead
  • Carry out SAP projects
  • Raise PO's, Dispatch documents and inventory management on SAP
  • Stock Rotation Management
  • Resolving Stock Discrepancies
  • Reporting and analyzing the Order book

Skills you require to be successful in your new role:

  • Previous experience of working with Stock levels and monitoring
  • Previous experience of a using SAP
  • Strong communication skills are essential in both Written and Verbal
  • Well organised and methodical, working to a high level of detail
  • Accomplished MS Office systems knowledge, especially in MS Excel
  • Analytically minded - good with numbers and the ability to interrupt and analyse data
  • Must demonstrate cooperative, positive 'can do' attitude with strong work ethic and ability to work to deadlines
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Contractual Benefits:

  • Working Hours are 8:45 am to 17:00pm - Monday to Thursday
  • 16:15 Finish on a Friday

  • A minimum of a 6 month fixed term contract - with high chance of extension
