Technical Project Administrator required to join succesful engineering manufacturing based within ten minutes of central Leeds.
Responsibilites for the timely completion of administration processes and tasks at all stages of the project from Tender, Award, Implementation to invoicing, payments and Project Close, including the following:
Co-ordinating with the project engineering team and liaising with other departments involved in particular projects.
Additional responsibilities may include determining the scope and size of the projects, their resource requirements, the associated risks and cost and budget management. Ensure that:
Functional Design Specifications
Test Manuals and O&M manuals are issued on time
The succesful candidate will have a strong knowledge of all standard microsoft packages and be confident in the control of both paper and electronic documentation.
Experience of working as a part of a engineering project team is essential.
