Job Description
The Technical Administrator will provide support to our Project Teams with project delivery, Support with extracting technical content from O&M manuals, uploading drawings & technical documents to SAP.
- Technical Administrator skills and experience
- At least three years' experience in an administrative role
- Worked within the Engineering industry
- Familiarity with Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and Maintenance concepts
- Good Writing Skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to navigate and utilise Document control systems
- Able to deal with customers, colleagues and suppliers in a polite and professional manner
- Recognise the importance of delivering excellent customer service
- Show commitment and enthusiasm to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations
- Able to manage own time to meet multiple priorities including occasional overtime
- Have a methodical approach to work
- Self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to work under the minimum of supervision
- Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects and PowerPoint
