What will you be doing?

The Technical Support Manager role will be directly responsible to

the Managing Director.

The successful applicant will be responsible for management and

overseeing the Technical Support for the business. The

Technical support manager will have the below responsibilities:

  • Sales Support
  • Customer Technical Support
  • Installation of both fixed & wireless monitoring systems.

What hours will I work?

Full Time Office/Field Based - Occasional weekend work, potential international travel, and some overnight stays.

An ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Be passionate about their products and customer service
  • Be able to act with integrity and consistency whilst being able to manage your own team
  • Be highly self-motivated and must be comfortable working on own initiative
  • Be a good team player as well as being practical, logical, and good common sense.
  • Have a reputable background in mechanical engineering and experience with Condition Monitoring.


  • A recognised mechanical qualification. (Essential)
  • Understanding of electromechanical machinery. (Essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (Essential)
  • ISO18436 CAT II or III certificate
  • Condition monitoring experience (Essential)
