My client are a contract research organisation that assist pharmaceutical & medical device companies achieve their regulatory registration goals & post-registration product release testing, through extensive analytical testing & support services.
Role:
* Performing analytical method transfers
* Introducing new technologies to the laboratory
* Performing analyses of commercial healthcare products
* Utilising a range of analytical & physical chemistry techniques to ensure timely completion of analytical method transfer projects under strict cGMP
* Preparing analytical method transfer protocols/reports & review data
* Executing test plans & formulating final results
* Being involved in internal investigation & reporting any deviations/OOS results
* Performing cost/efficiency improvement exercises
* Continuously delivering excellent service to ensure customer expectations are met/exceeded
* Liaising with clients to ensure projects are carried out in accordance with their expectations & within timelines
* Coordinating commercial & non-commercial technical projects
* Reviewing raw data & technical project records to ensure GMP compliance
* Assisting the QC technical manager with client account management & building relationships
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of a BSc in Chemistry or a related analytical chemistry subject
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a laboratory environment
* Experience using HPLC & other analytical techniques
* Confident written & verbal English skills
* Proven experience working successfully along & in a team
