Role: Telesales Administrator (Temporary)

Location: Warrington, Cheshire

Salary: £8.50 p/h

Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for a telesales administrator to join our client's global business in their Cheshire based office. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a successful team. If you have previous telephone sales experience and an excellent telephone manner looking for a temporary position, then please apply within.

Role:

  • Work closely with inside sales engineers (Sales performance review, personal performance reviews, target setting) operations, and finance (Debt collection)
  • Manage customer relationships and generate leads for their own accounts
  • Accountable for delivering sales targets in their territory and for growing sales amongst smaller customers
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)
  • Manage and update sales forecast tool
  • Develop call plans comprising: new customers, existing customers, lapsed customers
  • Responds to enquiries routed through labs or enquiry handling team, engage with the customers over the phone and manage opportunities to closure
  • Issuing high quality quotations. Following up and closing opportunities by managing customer contacts
  • Building relationship with new customers
  • Determine quote data/Job won cost/track proposals and follow up with clients
  • Proactively identify and react to the clients that have lapse trading
  • Follow up on recent orders to identify additional opportunity
  • Participate actively in regular sales meeting.

Person:

  • Graduate with 3+ years' experience in Sales Admin role with an multinational corporation
  • Proven customer relationship management and sales skills
  • Self-starter and ability to develop business opportunity
  • Good communication skill
  • Ability to grow existing and new accounts, good understanding of the sales process
  • Strong planning and management skills
  • Good computer literacy especially with CRM
