Christmas festivities reached new heights at Russell Taylor Group when two members of staff took to the skies in a helicopter.

Jennifer Scott, the group's HR and quality manager, and Genna Farron, a consultant in the construction recruitment team, won the helicopter ride in a prize draw as part of the company's fortnight of Christmas Cheer treats.

It was Genna's first helicopter trip and, although Jennifer had had previous helicopter flights, still reckoned the experience was “amazing”.

She said: “We were both so excited and were over the moon to have won.

The prize draw really generated a buzz in the office.”

The trip took Jennifer and Genna along the Wirral coastline and over the River Mersey, taking in all the Liverpool landmarks on the way.

Other items on the Christmas Cheer agenda included a shopping voucher prize draw, office party and “start late/leave early” treats.
