Six new apprentices at Russell Taylor Group are once again showing how the company is putting young people at the heart of its future development.
Hannah O’Brien, Annalise Clegg, Nathan Rowe and Yasmin Scott have joined the business as apprentice administrators, Calvin Summers is IT apprentice while Molly Ramsay is apprentice receptionist. All are based at Russell Taylor Group’s national headquarters at Riverside Park, Bromborough.
In the past two years the company has recruited more than 20 young apprentices across all areas of sales, finance and business services, most of whom are still in the business today.
Ben Russell, chief executive of Russell Taylor Holdings Ltd, said: “These six young people belong to the future of our business - as we grow so does this ‘home grown’ talent who will develop and become key members of our workforce.
“Our people are our most vital asset; we believe in a supportive environment where people come first.”
Russell Taylor Group chairman Peter Russell added: “Through our apprenticeship programme, we have seen clear, proven advantages not only for the company as a whole but also for the future of these young people.
“We are very proud of our record in developing apprentices who have become valuable, loyal and committed members of the Russell Taylor team. One of the greatest incentives for me to come to work is to see the nurtured progress of so many young people, some of whom joined us at the ages of 16-18 and who have now developed into mature, high performing stars.”
