My client is a reputable regional main building contractor, with a large amount of Manchester based projects won and in the pipeline. Due to an increase in projects, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
They work within main build construction, delivering large scale design and build residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be commercial astute and be involved in pricing works on selected projects.
You have site experience working for a main building contractor. With some proven project delivery experience. The successful candidate will be proactive working as part of a large team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Level Quantity Surveyor to develop and progress within a well-established high calibre main contractor.
To be considered you will have;
• Some experienced in delivering JCT or NEC forms of contract
• Be qualified to or working towards MSc or BA Hons in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
